Walkabout Nowanup — Finding myself on country @ Nowanup | Gairdner | Western Australia | Australia

A multi-cultural journey for fathers and sons, uncles and nephews, grandfathers and grandsons, mentors and mentees

with Noongar Elder Eugene Eades and Rod Safstrom

Walking, talking, listening, learning, exploring and sleeping on country

Costs: $235 per participant covers program, food and camping facilities. Travel is planned to be car pooling with costs shared as an additional cost.

This is the basic cost for the camp. We will also offer the opportunity to support Eugene’s cultural reconnection work with a donation opportunity at the end of the camp. This is additional to the upfront cost. Details for registration follow.

Plan to arrive at Nowanup near Boxwood Hills by 3pm Friday 4th July. We leave Nowanup by midday Monday 7th July. It is approximately a 6 hour journey from Perth.

We try not to let cost be a barrier to participation so please discuss with Rod Safstrom.
